No-shave November

When I went home for Thanksgiving this last week I noticed something about Adam...


Yep that scruffy little beard is a result of "no-shave November" I guess that the whole high school isn't shaving this month. As much as I teased him and Kevin about their facial hair (or Kevin's lacking of facial hair) I actually kind of like it. It's so crazy to think of Adam being so grown up. He'll be graduating high school in May and will be going on his mission not too long after that. Definitely love this guy and very proud of him. I can see this sweet side of him that just melts my heart. Although you wouldn't know it by his ignoring me taking his picture.

The Wii

The family loves playing on the Wii. There new favorite thing is to look up youtube videos and watch them on the TV. So it takes forever to type in what you're searching. Me and a friend from school came up for part of the weekend and he asked Dad if he knew you could plug your keyboard into the wii. Dad's response: that depends on what you mean by "wii"

I have been having a bit of a rought sick day and was starting to feel a bit hopeless as to feeling better with my crazy list of odd ailments when i looked down to find some odd encouragement in the dirt and hair on my bathroom floor.

For some reason this little smiley on the floor brightened my outlook a bit. Its probably more a sign I need to clean my bathroom though.

Wanted: Maid!!!!!!

So I thought I'd update the blog and with no other ideas just thought I'd say whats going on with me. I'm a mess right now!! With being sick and just finishing the busiest week at work I have gotten nothing done besides work, eat, sleep. I barely showered. So now after getting some cooking done for a ward activity (I'm co-head of the activities committee in my ward) my kitchen is a mess. If that isn't enough my roommates have had visitors this week and the living room is a disaster area of bedding and mattresses and laundry. Not a pretty sight. If you move on to my room its not much better. I'm sitting here nauseated staring at the horrible mess just too tired, nothing new though, stupid gilbert's! Hopefully someday I'll get caught up on the mess, between naps that is ;) ~Jess

Springtime with the Nephews

Well here are some new pics of the boys!!! They're enjoying a park near they're new townhome outside of Denver and some at home. I love to see the pics of them being brothers playing together and picking on each other :) Will is going to be 3 this summer but he seems to be growing so much faster. And I'm noticing Edward's hair start to bleach out making him look more and more like his brother. Enjoy!!

New Pictures of the Boys

Here are some new pictures of the boys. They love to play together and as you can see William loves to play with anything electronic. Edward is starting to stand up and isn't too far from walking. William learns new words all of the time and can even use full sentences occasionally although he can be pretty shy. Edward's slowly learning some words himself. Its always surprising me how fast they're growing!
